Delivery time: 2-4 business days.
During the war period, delivery is made twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta. Tariffication of services is generated by a logistics company. If you do not pick up the parcel at Nova Poshta within 10 days from the date of shipment, it will automatically be returned to us, in which case you cover the costs of storage and return of the parcel at Nova Poshta rates.
Worldwide shipping. We deliver orders all over the world, except for Russia and Belarus. To do this, please write us an email with the shipping address and a list of the goods you want to order, we will calculate the cost of delivery and prepare an invoice for payment of the order and delivery. Please note that the delivery cost is paid according to the tariffs of the logistics service. Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the customs service of the country of destination. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance, in turn, we have no control over such costs and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs delays. Payment:
Payment method: Fondy payment system. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta after payment of the order. Delivery services are paid by the recipient at the branch according to the carrier’s tariffs. Tariffication of services is generated by Nova Poshta.
Returns: According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to return (exchange) goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of shipment, except for goods with individual parameters, for example, books with a personalized autograph.
In case of return or exchange of goods (without signs of defects), the buyer pays for the round-trip shipping.
