1. What are the delivery methods?

Delivery of orders in Ukraine:

We ship goods throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta from our warehouse. Shipments are usually made twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). There is no pickup from the warehouse. If you need your order on a specific day, please contact us and we will work out how to deliver your order on time.

Delivery of international orders:

We ship orders all over the world* by UkrPoshta. Delivery time – from fourteen working days from the date of dispatch.

*except for Russia and Belarus

2. What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery in Ukraine according to the tariffs of “Nova Poshta”. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer.

International delivery “UkrPoshta” – is calculated individually according to the country of delivery and the volume of the order. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer.

3. Do you have a return/exchange policy?

The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as in the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase. The following items are not subject to return: books with personalized signatures and categories of goods in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

4. How can I return an item that does not fit me?

You can write to our mail or to the store’s Instagram page, and then send the goods to our warehouse by Nova Poshta. Transportation costs are at the expense of the sender (Buyer).

5. Who pays for the shipment of goods upon return?

The costs associated with sending the goods upon its return are borne by the sender (Buyer) if the goods are without signs of defect.

6. How do I get a refund for the returned goods?

The money is returned automatically by the payment system, according to the details of which the payment was made.

7. Can I get an additional discount?

Discounts are available during sales and promotions. Discounted goods are available in the “PROMOTIONS” section.

8. Do you have a bonus program?

There is no such loyalty system at the moment. However, you can follow our Instagram page where we give away promotional codes for activities.

9. Does the color of the product on the website differ from its real color?

The colors of all the products shown are as clear and real as possible. Sometimes there may be a slight difference in color, which depends on the brightness settings of the screen from which you are viewing the product.z

10. I made an error while making an online payment. What should I do?

You need to contact your bank and clarify the reason why the payment was not made. We can also re-send you a link to pay for your order online. You can always write to us at the store mail.

11. What are the working hours of your online store?

Our online store is open around the clock, 7 days a week. Orders are processed from Mon to Fri from 10.00 to 17.00

12. Do you have gift certificates?

We don’t have such a system yet, but you can always write to us by e-mail and we will definitely come up with something.

13. Is it possible to cooperate with you?
