Borsch is a unique Ukrainian dish that is part of the DNA of our people. The culture of cooking borsch has been recognized as an intangible heritage by UNESCO. Every family has its own family recipe for this dish. We offer you to taste borsch cooked according to the author’s recipe by Yevhen Klopotenko with the addition of smoked pear, which adds a pleasant smoky flavor and aroma. It is convenient to take a bag of borsch on the road or to work.

Ingredients: potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, pork, smoked pear, tomato puree, Drohobych salt.

Store in a closed container in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding

Cooking instructions
There are several ways to reheat the dish:
- Immerse the closed bag in a container of boiling water and hold for 5-8 minutes.
- Open the bag, put the food in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. You can also put the borscht in a microwave-safe dish and heat it for 3 minutes at medium power.
Warning!
Do not heat the product with the package in the microwave! The package contains aluminum, so it can be dangerous.

Конкретно цей варіант не куштував.
Але насолоджувався борщем у закладі.
До борщу дуже сподобалися спеції, сало і свіжий смачнющий хліб.
