Bograch with beef, 350 g

Bograch is a popular dish of Transcarpathian cuisine and in its authentic version is made from different types of meat. But always with a lot of smoked paprika, which gives the dish a unique flavor and aroma. We prepared our bograch according to a simplified recipe, but in a way that makes it as similar to the original version as possible. That is why it contains smoked paprika and juicy beef. The product is convenient to take with you on the road or to work.

Ingredients: potatoes, carrots, onions, beef, lard, smoked paprika, dried tomatoes and peppers, Drohobych salt

Expiration date: 12 months from the date of production indicated on the package.

Store in a closed container in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding

+ 25° C.

In an open package, the product may be stored in the refrigerator for one day.

Cooking instructions

There are several ways to reheat the dish:

1. Immerse the closed bag in a container of boiling water and hold for 5-8 minutes.
2. Open the bag, put the food in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. You can also put the borscht in a microwave-safe dish and heat it for 3 minutes at medium power.

Warning!

Do not heat the product with the package in the microwave! The package contains aluminum, so it can be dangerous.
