Description
Strawberry jam has been made in Ukraine since ancient times, as it is one of the best ways to preserve the flavor of this berry until the next season. We made this jam from ripe strawberries grown in the south of Ukraine, which ripened under the hot sun and have a unique taste and aroma. White rum adds pleasant tart accents and perfectly complements the berries.
Ingredients: strawberries (60%), white sugar, white rum (2.5%), citrus pectin thickener, citric acid regulator.
