Description
Shpundra is an old Ukrainian dish that can be found even in Kotliarevsky’s Aeneid. To make the meat tender, it was stewed together with beet kvass and vegetables. Of course, you can first make beet kvass and then make shpundra, or you can buy a ready-made dish in a convenient package that you can take to the office or on the road.

Cooking instructions
There are several ways to reheat the dish:
- Immerse the closed bag in a container of boiling water and hold for 5-8 minutes.
- Open the bag, put the food in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. You can also put the borscht in a microwave-safe dish and heat it for 3 minutes at medium power.
Warning!
Do not heat the product with the package in the microwave! The package contains aluminum, so it can be dangerous.
