Description
To deepen the flavor, we bake our salt in the oven for at least 6 hours. During this time, it absorbs the smoke from the fruitwood and is saturated with it to the maximum.
At the same time, its color becomes darker.
We use only Drohobych salt for production. It is unique in its method of production (boiled) and has a flake structure that we have preserved as much as possible.
